    Description

    This auction is for a vintage postcard My Birthday Greeting. Front is in good condition with slight corner wear. Card is embossed and has a basket with red roses. Back of the card is postally unused and has some writting on it. B.B. London Series No. B.78 Printed in Germany. We do add a small fee in the shipping cost which includes insurance and for shipping materials. Please check out our other auctions and store as we have several items and we do combine ship to save you money.

    We do combine ship our vintage magazine ads (via media mail) and shipping costs are as follows: 1 – 10 Ads, Shipping Cost .38 11 – 25 Ads, Shipping Cost .63 ; 26 – 30 Ads, Shipping Cost .76 31 – 50 Ads, Shipping Cost .01.     (Shipping is determined by the # of individual ads, it you were to purchase 4 lots of 3 ads per lot, then the total # of ads would be 12 and shipping cost would be the .63)
    We will issue an invoice to the buyer, when the auction ends that reflects the shipping discount.
    Regarding Shipping Costs

    Please note that our shipping costs are set using the
    eBay Shipping Calculator
    via USPS Parcel Post or Media Mail. We are simply entering the weight of the item and the eBay calculator is then determining the cost to ship. Please note that Ebay no longer allows sellers to add handling charges such as the additional .19 on each item for shipping to cover the tracking and delivery feature offered by USPS or if necessary a small handling fee to cover the cost of peanuts, bubble-wrap, special mailers, etc., depending on the item being shipped and what is necessary to package it safely for shipping. Therefore, we as the seller, must cover those costs.
    Total Shipping/Handling costs are
    shown on each auction (you will never be asked to pay more than what is shown on the auction under Shipping/Handling
    ).
    Therefore, if you bid you know up front and without surprise what the shipping cost is. We strive for a 5-star rating for shipping and we again ask, that in good faith, if you bid and know what the shipping cost is you do not hit us with anything less than a 5-star rating for shipping and handling.
    We have clearly made notice on every auction up front what the cost to ship is and if it is too high – please do not bid and then complain that is not fair to us as a seller.
    We do combine ship & offer combined shipping discounts & offer some of our auctions at Free Shipping.
    We ask that if you feel the shipping cost is too high combined with the amount you wish to bid on an item, please do not bid. We strive for a 5-star rating for shipping/handling costs as anything lower will may result in selling restrictions by eBay.
    Note that when we have been creating the actual shipping label, if the shipping amount that the eBay calculator determined was considerably higher than actual, we have been issuing a shipping refund via Paypal. On the other hand, if the calculator estimated shipping too low, we have been paying the difference and losing money.
    Our
    buyers have never been asked to pay more than what was shown on the original auction ad.
