Vintage J. Gras Prima Alto Saxophone

Description

This is a really cool vintage J. Gras Prima alto saxophone.
On the bell it says: Prima (which is on a staff) / Brevette S.G.D.G. / J. Gras / Fournisseur de L’armee / et des /Conservatoires / Grand Prix / Lille 1920 / 12.Chaussee D’antin / Paris.
The serial number is 1203.
The horn was repadded/overhauled at sometime, but the pads do not show much use.
This sax is in very good condition with minimal small dents.
No parts are missing and nothing is broken.
It does have an Educator B5 mouthpiece.
It comes with the original wood case, which shows some wear, but is not damaged.
This is a great find for the dedicated sax player.
