    Description

    Shown here is what I believe to be an unmarked Shawnee piece.
    It is a ceramic pottery elephant planter done in cream, blue, and pink.
    The smiling elephant has a raised trunk and looks like he is getting ready to doff his hat. He wears a pink blanket or rug that would go underneath a howdah.
    These colors would go great in a nursery.
    There is light crazing as consistent with age.
    Measures about 6 1/2 inches (16 cm) long and about 6 1/2 inches (16 cm) tall and about 3 inches (7.5 cm) wide.
