Vintage Buescher 400 Alto Saxophone in Case - Very Nice, Inspected, & Plays!

This auction is for a
Vintage Buescher 400 Alto Saxophone (SN 438477)
that is in
very nice
overall condition in the factory case as shown.
Sorry, no mouthpiece or other accessories. All that is included in the auction are the items shown in the pictures.
I do not play the saxophone, but I have sold very many saxophones on eBay over the last 19 years.
In addition, I took the instrument to my local independent band instrument shop and had it inspected. The owner of the shop made some adjustments to the instrument.
Subsequently, he advised me that the instrument will play right now. However, the pads are "snap-in pads" and are in fair condition. He also indicated a few of the small corks and felts will need to be replaced.
There are a couple of small dents on the instrument and several spots of missing finish (see pictures).

is instrument is in very nice overall condition for its age (see pictures), and I will guarantee it to be as described or your money back including shipping both ways.
The edges/corners of the factory case are in poor condition (see pictures), but the case is functional and will be protective of the instrument for shipping.
