Undelivered / Returned Shipments

We do our best to accurately describe an item’s condition with defects pinpointed. We do our best to properly and accurately describe each and every item, but there are variations in how people view, interpret and notice condition, alterations, etc. On some items it is near impossible to mention every imperfection and for this reason our listings include multiple photos of each angle of our items for sale. The pictures are part of the description and condition report. Due to the nature of the pre-owned business, there may be a small number of cases where this is not done to our usual high standards. The female mannequin seen in our photos is a standard IT40 / Small. Her height is 178cm, shoulders 40cm, chest 83cm, waist 60cm, hips 86.5cm.
The male mannequin is a standard IT48 / Medium . His height is 196cm, shoulders 47cm, chest, 94cm, waist 79cm, hips 91cm.

All our items are also available for purchase in our official website. While we do our best to keep our inventory up to date, there may be times this is not possible due to time lag when an item is sold elsewhere. In such cases we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Yes we do! All handled by Hong Kong Post/USPS only. FedEx does not handle shipments to APO/FPO addresses. Any orders to APO/FPO will be automatically shipped with Hong Kong Post/USPS, please expect a longer delivery time of 2-5 weeks.
