Selmer Mark VI Alto Saxophone in Case, Original Neck and Mouthpiece, 1972-1973. Condition is "Used". Shipped with UPS Ground.
Fantastic concert horn! I purchased from a family friend in 2007 and have kept meticulous care of it since. It comes with a case in great condition, although I am not sure of the manufacturer. Original mouthpiece, ligature, cover, and neck. There is also a nifty small neck-strap that works well.
The lacquer is original and other than a few small blemishes (mainly on the octave crook key and a few of the keys without key pearls) is in really good shape. There are very few markings on the body itself.
There was a repair done at some point before I owned it on the D#  hole as seen in picture 5. The shape is really well done and I had no intonation issues whatsoever. All pads are in good shape and all key springs are still tight! It goes without saying but this horn was never used as a marching instrument and has always been stored in a cool, dry place when not in use.
I have loved playing this saxophone and for the right owner it has a lot of years left of making sweet, sweet music! I will do my best to answer any questions you have.
