Originally silver plate but now bare brassVery wonderful horn with a 11 month old overhaulBlack Roos, Tenor Madness Resos, all New SpringsThe horn shows a good amount of wear on the the pearls, many of the keyguard screws are non original and there has been some resoldering of a few of the guard feet.Everything seals perfectly and the action is nice and light. Crescent added in the lower register for improved intonation and the strap ring has been placed in the most ideal position for balance and feel.Beautiful silver patch/guard has been added to the right hand thumb rest for protection and it feels nice The neck is missing or never had the Selmer logo but to many of the professionals I have shown the horn to, they do not doubt that it is original!
