18.5" each side= 37" so 1" of wiggle room- will only fit waists 35 or 36. Robert Graham Light Summer shorts- use for casual/walking or for swimming. 4 pockets, zipper fly. The liner has a print of vintage pin-up girls (photo #3) and the top hem AND inside Leg hem has astronauts!  Print has a couple factory print spots (photo #7) may be intentional or just the fabric, no one will notice anyways.
Possibly new- a store return, if they were used there is no visual signs of wear, look exactly as a new pair.
Only wash in cold temps, mild dry. Never put in a hot wash/dryer.
