Political or religious rally by Dodd (?) on real photo postcard pre-1919

Here we have a real photo card depicting a political or religious rally. The only clue is the word "Dodd" written on the back. It's conceivable the building and shelter in the background could help identify the scene. The card came in a group of U.S. postcards I acquired some time ago, but I know nothing else about it.
An excellent research project.
The card has a tremendous amount of detail of what people are wearing. Further, it illustrates the huge interest in the subject at hand. Notice that the men and women on the stage are sitting in different areas.
As I have an eBay shop for the time being, anyone who purchases one of my items might want to look there before paying. Additional postage is free for subsequent purchases unless they are too big for my normal very low basic rates. When payment is received by teatime British time (it is usually dished up about 4:30) I normally post the item the next morning. Our village post office is closed on Saturdays, however, so if you pay on Friday the item will not go out until the following Monday.
