Used. This pupillometer is in good cosmetic condition with only minor scuffs from regular commercial use.  There is no power supply included with this device.  Comes in non-original packaging.

We could not download the software from the plusoptix.com/support product page and therefore, could not test this device beyond connecting it to power with a benchtop power supply @ 12VDC to observe the green power indicator light turn on.
