    Description

    Dated 3/9/1920.
    The company was incorporated in Delaware in 1919 and operated in Philadelphia.  It operated a number of retail bakery stores and cafeterias.  A receiver was appointed in January 1921.  The certificate comes with the transmittal documents shown in the photos.
    Nice low numbered certificate, #66.
