Brand new in original manufacturing. This is a 5 tier graduated white tutu, it has layers of organdy and tulle, the model is showing it in white and I have taken numerous photos of it. This tutu retails at and is perfect. It can be pancaked if you desire, it is stiff enough and full enough to give you a nice flat tutu. Since the tutu is mounted on an elastic band that is quite stretchy (2" wide), this item does not come in all sizes, The only sizes available are small child, . I will try to add some more model shots to show you this item in action.
