Brand new with tags, pull on feather tutu with chandelle boa,  the elastic feathered armbands are included and can be worn at the wrist or the upper arm.The feathered headpiece has to be pinned on. These are all brand new from Wolff Fording and will come in original manufacturer's packaging. The model is showing this item with a red sequin leotard that I am not offering.
