    This is a brand new dance costume made by Wolff Fording in the USA. The leotard has an attached 2 layer chiffon skirt (that you can see through). The leotard is 2 colors and has elastic straps that are hidden by the chiffon. At the top of the leotard is black velvet, and the bottom is the same color as the attached skirt. The motif is rhinestone and THERE IS NO CHOKER OR RIBBON FOR HAIR Size is small child. These costumes are perfect, brand new, no defects or irregularities.
