BRAND NEW
Dance, Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Latin, Ballroom, etc. Costume, perfect for a recital, competition or performance. It is created by the fabulous Weissmans Designs. Sizzling black and white polka dot dress features a cascading vertical ruffle and ruffled hem trimmed with bold red binding. A black leotard is attached at the empire seam. A large glittered feather flower accents the camisole neckline. Includes a matching hair flower on a gator clip. She will steal the show in and shine like the leading lady she is :) You choose the size from the drop down box.
