This is a brand new white lycra tank ballet costume. It has an attached graduated layer ruffled nylon net tutu with barbing in it (tagged to keep the layers together, like pancaking) and ruffled layers of tulle on the back of the trunks. The leotard part is lycra with silver foiled stars front and back, Manufacturer is Wolff Fording, This is the only item I have like this, size is medium child which should fit a child size 8-10. grncntr 6 /10
