Martin Handcraft Imperial Minty Original Tenor Saxophone
This horn is in wonderful condition.   Does some evidence of dent work on the bow and body, please see pictures.  Original neck with no pull down.    It has a top professional expensive overhaul, with new pads.
I had thought the lacquer is original, as the engraving is so sharp and no evidence of relacquer.   Except the lacquer color is lighter than I am used to seeing, so I am not sure on this one.
Serial Number 107,384.  This was Martin's top professional Tenor saxophone in 1933!    Don't confuse this with the later Martin Imperials, which were student horns.  This was the best model they made in 1933 and is considered their best model by many.
