    Description

    This is a brand new dance costume made by Wolff Fording in the USA.
    Please be aware there is a defect in the material on the dress. The black has
    transferred
    onto the yellow chiffon skirt close to the waist.  Please refer to the close up pictures to see issue.
    The price reflects a discount due to defect. The leotard has an attached 2 layer chiffon skirt (that you can see through). The leotard is 2 colors and has elastic straps that are hidden by the chiffon. Under the skirt, the top of the leotard is black velvet, and the bottom is the same color as the attached skirt. The motif is rhinestone and the choker and chiffon fabric for the headpiece are included.
