This listing is for a King 615 tenor saxophone (body only). The serial number is 878,083. I believe it is from the 1970's or 80's.
This instrument is being sold as is for PARTS only. It is missing its neck, as well as the neck receiver. It is probably not worth  restoring, but it could provide valuable parts for fixing other similar horns. That is too bad, because the body is actually in very good condition. It looks straight, and there are only a few minor dings. The top of the body tube (where the neck receiver was removed) is dented out of round though. The keys are moving freely, and rollers are turning. The octave key is bent. The lacquer is in good shape, with normal light wear and scratching, but it is mostly intact. It looks like the bell/body brace might have been re-soldered (on the body side). The pads are rotted, with many having fallen out. There are no accessories, and no case, and once again, there is no neck included.
