    Description

This uncirculated 100 Jamaican dollar note is a commemorative banknote issued by the Bank of Jamaica to celebrate its 60th anniversary of independence. It is a green polymer note that is dated 01 April 2022, bears the signature of Governor Richard Owen Byles, and measures 145 mm x 68 mm. Its obverse side features Marcus Garvey, the national coat of arms, and the 60th-anniversary logo overprint. Its reverse side shows two people standing by Dunn’s River Falls near Ocho Rios. Because it is a polymer note, it does not have a security thread. However, it has a watermark of Marcus Garvey.
