This auction is for a 1.11.1940 5 Shillings banknote from Jamaica (P-37a).
This note is heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining with darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease and/or rust stains, areas of discoloration; foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed/damaged - edges rough/damaged in areas); very heavy surface wear and fraying; many edge indents/nicks (tears exist and some are larger); a few tiny holes; pieces missing due to heavy wear and damage.
