These shorts are in good condition.  The elastic waistband is in good condition.  There is an elastic belt with buckle to help in sizing around the waist.  The shorts have a pocket on each side along with lower zippered pockets and a rear zippered pocket.  These have a inner lining.  These shorts will fit a waist 36 inches to 40 inches comfortably.
