This BEAUTIFUL Conn Transitional 6M is in great playing condition. It has that traditional 6M sound that all professionals know and love. This one plays surprisingly well with all pads sealing nicely. The pads seem to have some use, could be original Conn pads. It has the ORIGINAL lacquer from 1934 (sn: 260xxx)! These 6M saxes are incredibly difficult to find with the original lacquer and the engraving in good condition. Plus the sax plays incredibly well! With that being said, all instrument may need adjustments depending on the player's preference. It does have some use/scratches/finish wear, which is expected from a nearly 100 year old horn. It comes with what seems like the original case. Some of the case felt has been replaced with foam. The original Conn mouthpiece comes with.
