Classic 'Chedeville Facing Curve'
The most advanced form of digital scanning was used on legendary vintage Chedeville mouthpieces to assure that they were starting with a true Chedeville mouthpiece "blank". Several hundred prototypes were made in search of the ultimate Tenor Saxophone mouthpiece deserving of the name "Chedeville".
Genuine 'Chedeville Rubber'
No expense has been spared in creating the RC Series Baritone Saxophone mouthpieces. They are made with proprietary 'Chedeville Rubber', which is a more pure rod ebonite that recreates the great rod rubber of Pre-World War II legendary Chedeville mouthpieces. If you don’t see the symbol CHR on the mouthpiece then it does not have 'Chedeville Rubber'.
Extremely Consistent
Chedeville manufactures each mouthpiece from beginning to end in their factory in Savannah, GA using state of the art CNC machines and expert mouthpiece artisans on the crucial and indispensable handwork. They are obsessed with consistency and that is why they have an extensive series of mandatory measurements and play testing.
