This listing is for a used vintage carbide miner's lamp marked JUSTRITE STREAMLINED  U.S.A.
Working condition is unknown but appears complete.
Lever on top rotates smoothly over the adjustment stops from side to side.
Flint striker wheel rotates properly and sparks.
The tank to body sealing gasket is intact and does not feel brittle and has some give to fingernail pressure.
Normal patina and corrosion from age and some use.
Reflector has some corrosion spots
This is sold as a collectible not as a working lantern, so you are buying this as is as described and shown in the pictures.
Making this work would be up to you.
I will include the remnants of the original box but I will flatten it for ease in getting this in a padded envelope for shipping.
