  • Condition: USED. Has finish worn, in some places to bare metal. Tarnished with corrosion in a few areas. Needs pads. Some areas are rough to the touch. Slight bend at rim of bell. Engraving is worn. Someone tried to polish the area where the manufacturer's name is located. The 'C.G.' is visible but 'Conn' has been worn. 'Elkhart, Ind U.S.A.' is visible when you get the light right. Clamp that secures the neck to the body has a split. Has some small dents. Needs recorked. A good old saxophone being sold as needing restoration .

    Description

    COOL C. G. CONN ALTO, LOW PITCH SAXOPHONE.  As stated above, being sold for restoration. Has rolled tone holes. Serial number puts this in the Chu Berry era. Serial number is M147xxx.  No numbers on neck.  Comes with a Selmer Goldentone 3 mouthpiece that is marked with a 'T' that needs cleaned.  Please see condition description and all pictures as they are as important as anything written here.  Ask any questions that support your bidding position prior to bidding.
