Original Selmer Balanced Action Tenor Saxophone
The horn is in good playable condition.
Some Silver wear as would be expected with a horn of this age, as well as some small dings, scratches etc. so please see pictures. But generally in fantastic shape.
This 31,5xx serial number silver tenor was made in france in 1943.    It has the standard French engraving done on horns sold in France.  No neck pull-down.
This is a big and beautiful sounding horn, and sounds a lot like a Super Balanced actually.   Though it still has the soldered on bow to body brace of the Balanced Action and in-line lower stack, which I prefer.
