Antique Vintage Justrite Trade Mark Tin Miner Lamp Carbide Flask

Offered here is an original flask style tin that would have held Calcium Carbide as needed for an underground miner's carbide cap lamp. Manufactured by Justrite and stamped as such. Measures 7.25"x 3 1/8" x 2.25" x 1.75" round cap.  Gray colored tin with a cap that
unscrews
as shown. These tins were used by underground miners to re-charge their carbide cap lamps as the need arose. Great display piece of mining history. Thanks for looking!
