It's a special anniversary edition to commemorate Tiger's first major win in 1997 (the Masters). Nike released the cap on April 13, 2022, the same exact day he won the Masters 25 years ago and production is very limited. Of course, they probably won't do another anniversary edition until 2047 to commemorate 50 years.
This style is rare and similar to the hats you see Tiger wearing on tour with the Nike swoosh on the front and the TW logo on the back.
