    1980's Surf Gear brand. thin 100% Cotton with no liner. Elastic great and has inside tie string. 1 back pocket. Men's Large. Great for casual shorts or swimming. There is 1 tiny brown dot on front ( photo 7) and some blue dye ( very faint) by left of surfer ( photo 8) and some blue went into yellow on front ( photo 9) Rare pair that is true vintage.
