    1959 King Super 20 alto saxophone, s/n 364988. Here's a 1950's Super 20 from a great vintage. It has a sterling silver double socket neck, which was only available with early Super 20's. The bell keys have the distinct sunburst engraving, which was later dropped in the 1960's. The case is original to the horn and in great condition, although one of the spring releases no longer operates.
    My impression of this horn is that it never got played much in its lifetime.
    Most of the pads are original and in decent condition for their age, along with the original metal flat riveted resonators.
    My tech just serviced the horn, replacing a handful of pads and key corks. He regulated the rest of the pads, so the horn plays great from top to bottom.
