1894 Pennsylvania Secretary of Commonwealth Letter -  Resignation of Lt. Col. James R. Hunsicker of Montgomery County as Aid-de-Camp upon the staff of the Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard of Pennsylvania.  VG condition with normal mailing folds, a few small wrinkles.  I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we are forced to use. Shipping is .95 in the U.S.
