    This is a nice, original letter from Thomas George to Thomas Nichol about a claim involving the Treasury Department of the State of Wisconsin.
    Mr. Nichol was a businessman in agricultural machinery and later in life he was involved in the transition to the presidency for President James Garfield as well as becoming a Judge.
    Measures 8" x 10.5" and contains original envelope.
    Letter has folds but is in good condition overall, envelope has wear that is shown in photos.
