    Description

GOD BLESS YOU AND MERRY CHRIST-MAS! Interesting ORIGINAL document here.  It is handwritten and signed by Moses Giddings of Bangor Maine. I will provide the biography paper on him as well. That you see here. He owned the ship the "Golden Rocket". With his partner in the 1850's! It was captured and burned by the Confederates. On their ship the "Sumter" this was the first capture from this vessel in recorded history! The letter he wrote here. Is to Hon. S.O. Brown. Whom I have not researched? Talking about Politics and a bill of some sort in 1877. Lots of legal things as well. Enjoy your Christ mas!
    True survivor piece here!
