    Letter in regards to rates for transfer to Lake City, Colorado.  Signed by H.C. Griffin - Superintendent.  (H.C. Griffin  was at their principal office in Pueblo, Colorado).
    Written below in very light pencil or light ink" (page 2) Above letter enclosed in cover of "Southern Overland Mail & Express Co."  Barlow & Sanderson, Prop.  H.C. Griffin, Cashier.
