1839 letter stampless Perry co OH Aldie Loudoun co VA CAMPBELL, RUSK families

Description

This folded lettersheet doesn't have any postal markings, other than a '25' (postal rate), it was likely handcarried by a friend or asscoiate, since there doesn't seem to be any other postal markings. It is addressed to Aldie, Loudon [i.e., Loudoun], Virginia, Samuel Rusk.
It is a two page letter written by John S. Campbell & Susan.
The dateline is Febury 19th 1839.
From some on-line research: The Metick / Melick Mill mentioned in the letter was
Melicks Mills (1837-1843), in Perry co., OH.
I couldn't really figure out who this John S. Campbell was.
As for Samuel Rusk of Loudoun co., VA, some records show that he was b. August 29 , 1795.
Other records, which seem to match those in the contents of this letter: James Rusk m. Elizabeth Smith 29 Nov 1838, Perry co., OH; then there's James Rusk m. Elizabeth Resley, 17 Jan 1839, Perry co., OH. Census records show he was born abt 1807 in VA, d. 1873 OH.
And there was James Rusk (senior ?) wrote a will in March 1839 in Perry co., OH.
Some abstracts (spelling in the letter is a bit phonetic):
"Dear Sir & frends ... to let you know that we are all well and that wee have not forgoten you ..."\
"I also inform you that you brother James is married to girl of Somerset and they too are well, the old lady is [???] to say well but she is not confindto her bed. Jack & Jane is moved to manly [?] for a few weeks, Jack has bought a little place but has not got posession of it yet.  little Jim is married to Elibeth Resley as I forgot to tell you your broathers wife name I will tell it now Elibeth Smith, this is the place for marring."
"Francis & Ann are well. Francis is about to be married to a store keeper, they exspect another in family in March."
"we have hard times here now for we have not had any rain ..."
"I want you also to excuse my bad writeing and spelling ..."
"Susan wants to now [know] by [?] her name sake is your mother lives with James yet."
"... direct your letter to Melick Mill poast office perry county Ohio
The letter has lots of wear / tear / stains. Some separations along the folds were mended with archival tape.
As usual with folded lettersheets, otherwise known as stampless letters, after writing on one or more sides of a sheet of paper, the letter was folded several times and mailed.
