Description

For sale are a group of 13 photo snapshots that were taken in January and February 1937, in Evansville, Indiana, during the devastating Ohio River flood. Each photo has three small holes in the border, from being housed in a vintage folder. I believe these photos originated from the Bergdolt family, as “Al Bergdolt” is written in ink on several of them. Other names are Witham and Forman. These black-and-white photos measure 3 3/4 by 5 3/4 inches and 4 by 6 inches. They are in very good condition and historically significant. See my listings for other vintage items. I gladly combine shipping fees for multiple purchases when they can be packaged together, and I do ship internationally.
Payment is expected within three days. Please e-mail me with any questions, and thanks for looking!
